Teresa did my wax and it was the least painful wax I have ever had!! She was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her.

Marcos was wonderful, professional and did an really great job on my Brazilian Blow Dry.
However, there was some confusion with the owner/manager (?) who said I looked like a another customer who had been in a few days before and I think was accusing me of cheating the system since the Treatwell deal is for new customers only. I certainly haven't been in before, and it doesn't really make sense that the same person would come back for the same treatment after a few days, and I was pretty put off by his manner and handling of the whole thing. I would only go back if I could book with Marcos again.

A pain free hollywood wax - would definitely recommend if you are close to Kensal Rise. The lady was lovely and the room was clean. I would go back. Great value for money.

The hair cut was good and the staff is friendly. I think the owner can be a bit rude sometimes. For first time visitors the price is good but I wouldn't pay 55 pounds for my second visit, I don't think the experience and cut is worth 55 pounds
