Hairdresser did a good job, although had very limited English which made explaining what I wanted very difficult and generally unable to chat. I was also told at the end that I should have just come in and paid £27 rather than the £33/£43 as advertised here as they pay Treatwell commission. It was almost a "telling off" that I had ordered through this site. I also feel it's false advertising by suggesting that you're getting a discount on here, when in fact it's cheaper to book your appointment directly with them. I went here a few years ago and found the quality of hairdressing good. I was therefore disappointed by the customer service this time around.

Stylist didn't understand what I wanted but carried on anyway. The haircut was so bad I had to ask someone else to step in and help. The second stylist was apologetic but by then, the damage was done! The cut was really choppy and didn't look professional at all. Would not return.

Gita was lovely, very professional, with attention to detail. I had an excellent mani and pedi and a really great relaxing facial , my face is still glowing .

The therapist was very friendly and skilled. We had a bit of confusion about the shellac polish but this was quickly resolved. The pedicure room is very small and not very ambient.
