Brazilian wax was excellent - very quick and not too painful, Zahra was really friendly too. The facial I had was okay but I haven't noticed my skin feeling or looking that different afterwards. Haircut was great - very good shape and blow dry.

Great wax, but would prefer only hot wax (a mix of both was used) as strips are not advertised in the treatment online and normally would pay less for strip treatment.
