Such a lovely facial- so good I've booked another one!

I was happy with my cut and colour end result, however the experience wasn't relaxing at all. My head was jerked around during the cut and I was poked in the neck a few times. The hair was also cut against my neck which I've never experienced before and didn't like. I had a senior stylist and it was quite hard to understand him and communicate what I wanted which made me a bit nervous going into it all. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out.
Also, the comb was dropped during my highlights, picked up, and used again which I didn't find very hygienic. I would prefer to go somewhere where I can fully relax.

The service by Micki was great, she was very friendly and worked quickly. The highlights were very yellow and required an additional cost (toner) to achieve the right colour. Once toner applied, colour was perfect and loved the cut and blowdry

The pricing is great. The hair cut and highlights looks great. But I would say that the management of the place is a bit chaotic. There's room for improvement in that area.
Still a great salon, I will not discount them on the quality of hair cut :)
