I had my hair cut by Antonella. She did a great job - she listened carefully to what I wanted, made good suggestions, and tailored the cut to my hair type to give it more texture and movement (I have fine, thick, straight hair). I would definitely recommend booking with her!

The haircut was fine, mostly in line with what I wanted, but unfortunately after very clearly emphasizing to Laura that I just wanted to cover the old blonde in my hair and match my natural medium brown, and that I really didn’t want to go dark, it came out very very dark brown. It doesn’t look bad, but it’s not what I wanted and I am just left a bit disappointed and hoping it’ll fade quickly.
This is my third time at this salon and I was very pleased with both of my previous appointments.

Unfortunately I did not get the required massage immediately after my cryptolysis to my neck when the machine was removed .
Because the machines there are 8 years old I have got a lot of bruising .
I hope not having the massage won’t affect the results although apparently it is vital that it is done .
I suppose the treatment was reflected in the very low price point .
The young lady was very very kind and sweet and it was a shame that she didn’t massage my neck .
I still have bruising
