Luana cut my hair, she listened well to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions and did a lovely cut & blow dry. There was a man clattering around with a ladder at one point so it's not a 'luxury' hair experience but my hair looks great.

Very busy salon; did their very best to make it relaxing but the outside noise and people banging on the door was still heard throughout. Room was only big enough for the table, no room to get dressed or barely stand.
Massage was fine, no consultation about what I wanted to achieve from the massage; didn't ask if it was okay for me throughout, didn't even ask if I had any sensitivity to oils etc.

Basically the back of a hairdressers. Seemed inexperienced at shellac removal but the manicure was done ok.
