I get waxed every couple of months and decided to try somewhere closer to home. I told the waxing lady to do it in small patches because my skin was sensitive and she kept dismissing my requests telling me she had been doing it for a long time. It hurt more than any lycon wax I've ever experienced. I was left with tufts of broken hairs and small patches of wax all over. On numerous occasions she kept pushing me to get IPL despite the fact that I told her that it wasn't appropriate for my skin and didn't want to. Apparently that would fix "all of my problems". I was left with an inadequate wax and feeling as though I was a burden and not a client. Would never come here again.

This is a great salon with really friendly staff! The lady who did my hair was fab, very attentive to what I said. When they wash your hair you get a great head massage too! It's really clear they know what they're doing here
