Excellent service received, original appointment couldn't be accommodated so rang up the salon directly and they fitted me in the day after (Christmas Eve!)
When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner who was lovely, the head massage was the right pressure.
The hair cut was spot on! I think I've found my new local hairdresser.
I was quite surprised that he managed to give my thick black hair a good cut as most hair dressers have not seen so much hair.
Aftercare was great, was not expecting Max to give me a call to see if I was happy with the hair cut - I was happy with the cut.
Hopefully be back soon - Thanks Max for a brilliant cut, even my boyfriend was impressed :)
Very conveniently located and extremely happy with my haircut and colour. Small moan .. I disliked the hairdressers constantly having their own private conversations .... felt a little ignored but the staff are very lovely and I will be visiting again.

I had my hair cut at Luca Salon today with Tammy. I was going for quite a big change (long to bob) so I was quite nervous. The hair stylist was brilliant. He listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions when I asked for his opinion. He spent a lot of time making sure the haircut was perfect and exactly what I asked for. I am so pleased with the result (and I'm usually someone who hates their haircut for the first few days!). The staff as a whole were very friendly and I felt very comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend the salon. The £29 deal was such great value for the quality of cut I received.
Great overall experience - staff are friendly and accommodating, service and facilities are great. The salon itself is calm and clean with a lovely contemporary feel.
I was very pleased with my highlights and cut so will definitely be returning to this salon.
