The first time I have had my hair done here and was very pleased. Angela did a great job. Everyone keeps commenting how nice my hair looks today. Will definitely go back and very happy to pay full price next time.

I was really happy with the service I got here. The colour is lovely and matched what I had had done previously from another salon. I was a little worried about the cut because I wanted to keep my length but Elizavetta was really great at helping me work out what I wanted. As I was going out that night I had a glam blow dry and it looked great - everyone complimented me. My one problem is that the offer is only valid for the first visit, I would definitely return if the salon continued the offer on a particular day of the week or the month.

I came in with terrible bleached at home hair. Miki looked after me and coloured it a lovely blonde and gave me the exact haircut I wanted, she is amazing! Everybody is very friendly in the salon, they offered me refreshments several times, and made sure I had enough magazines. The only thing I did not like was that the toilet wasn't very clean, but everything else was perfect!

I found the whole experience to be very rushed. The salon was delayed due to an earlier customer arriving late; this did not bother me at all. However, the actual waxing experience felt to me to be incredibly rushed. I never usually come out of a waxing session with strings of wax over my thigh, arms and hands; usually the beautician wraps the wax well around her spatula before bringing it over to the bikini line; this beautician moved straight in wax over my thighs and lower stomach. This was particularly frustrating as my clothing then became covered in stringy bits of wax. I also felt that she did not wait long enough for the wax to harden so she would try unsuccessfully to pull the wax off several times which made it unneccesarily painful. The finish itself was fine, but there were a fair few hairs dotted around; again, in my experience, at that point the beautician usually would do a once over with a pair of tweezers. The room itself was not very clean; the equipment looked grubby, and the room felt dusty. It's a shame because I'm sure under normal circumstances it wouldn't have felt quite as rushed.

Had a fabulous Shellac manicure and pedicure with Fatima. the session was very professional and relaxing .Fatima did an amazing job.All of the staff were friendly and helpful.I absolutely love my nails and would highly recommend Luca's and I will definitely go again
