I had a Swedish massage and it was lovely. Eman offered me a drink as soon as I entered which was really nice. I explained to Eman that I was suffering with a lot of pain on my upper back. She suggested I have a hot rock massage too with no extra cost which was really nice of her. A few critiques; I wish it was a little longer as my body needed the full 60minutes was a bit puzzled when you had finished 10 mins before hand plus we didn't start on time. also every time I nodded off I was woken by the terrible noise from the other staff also being disturbed half way through my massage which spoiled the mood. You should have a do not disturb sign on the door. Apart from that Eman was lovely she was really attentive and professional if only you did it for the full 60mins I probably would of by passed the rest of issues.
I had a mani pedi with gel varnish. Iman paid a lot of attention to getting my nails just perfect. Very friendly and great value.
I will definitely be coming back

I am so pleased with my experience at Luca's.
The staff was really friendly; I was offered tea/ coffee on my arrival.
The lady who did my gel manicure was particularly nice. I enjoyed conversating with her whilst getting my nails done. I was lucky to be a new customer of this Salon and therefore enjoyed a special offer to get a gel manicure for only 18£. I needed something on the day I made the booking and I was pleased they had various time slots available.
They had a wide choice of nailpolishes and various colors.
My nails look really nice, I would definitely recommend this salon to family, friends and all others.

I was a bit early and they asked if I wanted something to drink while waiting. The woman doing my waxing was very nice and professional. It was a regular room, nothing really special. So neither good or bad. I really liked the wax they had, it was smelling strawberry! I would probably go back there again, it's walking distance from my house and they have open to 7pm so I can make it after work.

The haircut was okay. The blow dry was terrible, I wanted it wavy and instead it was straight with the ends turned out in a very crazy way. The staff were shouting at each other. I won't be going back.
