I arrived a little early for my appointment as I wanted to look around shop and buy a card. When I arrived the women working there kept appologising for running late and were very kind and told me to just sit and wait. I said it wasn't a problem at all and was happy to wait and also that I was early so there really was no rush or anything to worry about. They did not need to keep apologising but were very friendly. During the waxing the music was a bit loud and not very relaxing like last time which I preferred. The wax was very hot on one application but mainly because she had to go over the same area again so was probably more sensitive. Overall the hair was not really coming off as well as usual. I have had to touch up more at home the next day. However, we did try to check this on the day and I did not feel things were rushed or not completed at the time. The waxing just didn't work as well.

My first time getting a lash lift and I was soooo impressed! The staff are so friendly and really put you at ease, and the results were incredible! Perfect for being abroad and not having to use mascara every day.. love love love will definitely be back ✨✨
