I loved my time there. I believe it was Anne that helped me with facial waxing and she did an amazing job. quick and easy, wasn't too painful and she advised me in regards to a few facial issues I've been dealing with.
I will definitely go back as the whole team seemed lovely.

I arrived a little early for my appointment as I wanted to look around shop and buy a card. When I arrived the women working there kept appologising for running late and were very kind and told me to just sit and wait. I said it wasn't a problem at all and was happy to wait and also that I was early so there really was no rush or anything to worry about. They did not need to keep apologising but were very friendly. During the waxing the music was a bit loud and not very relaxing like last time which I preferred. The wax was very hot on one application but mainly because she had to go over the same area again so was probably more sensitive. Overall the hair was not really coming off as well as usual. I have had to touch up more at home the next day. However, we did try to check this on the day and I did not feel things were rushed or not completed at the time. The waxing just didn't work as well.
