I was waiting 25 minutes and I understand sometimes it is really busy and but that would be nice to hear sorry and thanks for waiting or something but the master behaved like nothing really happened.
My main concern was to get rid of split ends - the master trimmed really nice, but the middle part of the hair was not cut properly and I still have a lot of split ends and need to find a professional who could make it equally and style the hair. So I would recommend it only for simple haircuts.
