Lisa did a good job with my haircut and colouring. However, one of the young staff who washed my hair was very rough and rushing although I was the only customer in the saloon at that time. When I told her that she missed rising the back of my head, there was no apology, she just rushed rinsing and ended quickly. That was the worst hair wash experience and didn't expect to receive this kind of poor service while paying £110. This young staff needs to learn to have a good working attitude.
