Sanaz was really welcoming and did a great job on my eyebrows. Usually I find threading uncomfortable but Sanaz had a great way of making it super comfortable and they look really good!

I’ve been going to Lossyma’s Spa for a while now and I wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else. The ladies are lovely and they make an effort to get to know all their customers. I am always looking forward to my appointment:)
