The lady who did my facial and eyebrows was amazing. Best facial and eyebrows so far at Lossyma (they are all great). Only feedback is when booking, I booked for a specific therapist but when I turned up it was someone else (the lady who did it was amazing but frustrating when you have requested on Treatwell for someone else).
