Anna at LondonCryo was really lovely and welcoming. I did a whole body cryotherapy treatment which went very smoothly and left me feeling energised! Will definitely be coming back when I need another energy boost

Having never been to a cryotherapy session before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However everything was explained by the super friendly team, to the point where they answered all my questions before I even asked them! The place was spotless. I felt amazing the day afterwards - light as a feather and with so much energy. I couldn’t rexommmend it more!
