The facialist explained to stage well first and the experience was both relaxing and quick (ideal for a lunchtime appointment!). I could see and feel the effects of the facial for a few days after.

LondonCryo is the first whole body cryotherapy centre in the city of London. They specialise in whole body cryotherapy, providing treatments for sports, fitness, anti-aging, beauty and pain management.

You’ll be greeted by one of the LondonCryo specialists, who, in addition to answering any of your questions, will take down all your basic health information so everything is on file for you. This may also be done prior to your appointment in order to speed up the already quick process.

A specialist will accompany you throughout the entire session.
