overall, it was a lovely relaxing experience, the facilities was brilliant and well kept as everything was neatly displayed. The staff on the other hand was not so friendly and very sharp with my friends and I and I'm guessing it is due to our age as we are quite young at 17 but that is no reason for bad treatment to certian customers, due to the staff I would rate the experience overall out of 5 I would give it a strong 3. :)

Unpolite stuff, stinking steam room, small gym with 50% broken facilities, massage was not a massage but kind of soft touching and it was 15mins not 30 and it may take you one hour to dry your hair with the hairdryers provided in the changing room!

The experience was wonderful and more than i was excepting; the staff very well trained and kind; i could like personally to the beauty theraptist Ms Tersea she is very professional and talk u thr what she is doing; the first time i came for stone hot massage was very good and i really re_book another treatment which i didnt thinking for but she talked me thr and gave me option what is good for my face; tell her to keep it up; have great day annastasia

I had a Chinese cupping massage at London Therapy 4 U. It was good and I will be coming back for several more sessions.
