I was ignored for a week after being told over the phone—repeatedly—that they’d call me back in 10 minutes, which never happened. The salon was never busy, yet no one followed up. I had to go in person, nine months pregnant and about to give birth, just to sort it out. I’d booked via Treatwell and was given a cheaper treatment by mistake. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. Only after insisting did I get a cash refund. Absolutely unacceptable.
