Manicure exactly as I wanted it. First time chrome for me plus chevron tips. We struggled a bit to communicate as Dina doesn't have a huge amount of English, but we got there in the end and I am very very happy with the result.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. My feet were in agony after as she cut and made my cuticles bleed. She was unable to paint my nails and kept redoing it to the point that I actually had to walk out as it was so awful.

I had my BIAB topped up and the colours changed in quite short succession about 3 times, because of various occasions. Every time Lili was patient, checked I was 100% happy, and we'd chat about what fun colours or design to do next time 😅
