This is only my second visit to London Nail Club, but I wouldn’t want to do my nails anywhere else. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. And Lilli is the BEST! I’m already looking forward to my next visit, when I can relax, listen to good music, and have a good chat, all while being pampered.

I’ve been a loyal client of London Nail Club since shortly after they opened, but sadly the salon has declined dramatically. The experienced staff who made it exceptional are all gone, and the service now feels disorganised and careless. A simple removal appointment ran very late, I repeatedly had to ask for water on a hot day, and the skin on my toes was filed into during treatment. The professionalism and quality are no longer there, and after 5 years of loyalty, they’ve lost a client.
