Her knowledge and expertise is incredible. I have be going for sports massages for a few weeks now and her approach to physical therapy is really helping my recovery and pain caused by my training.

Hannah was excellent - I can’t recommend her more highly. I was in a lot of pain prior to the appointment due to desk strain and she really helped me so much - I am very grateful and would highly recommend booking in with her if you are in similar circumstances. Her approach is empathetic and holistic but very much intent on tackling what is going wrong with your body in terms of your muscle tissue. Afterwards the pain wasn’t completely gone but I was no longer in a state of misery.

I suffer from chronic back pain all the time, it has been a challenge moving to London and find the right fit for me and my back. Ryan was knowledgeable and listened to my needs and previous experiences. I will be back, he was great.
