Jemma was amazing! I felt 100% comfortable in her hands and she was able to tell and feel exactly what was going on with my shoulder. She used a range of techniques including cupping and dry needling. It was AMAZING! The only little thing was that the room was really cold. She did her best and turned the heating on, but it was very cold for an hour without a top on! Otherwise a fantastic massage and I can’t wait for the next one! :-)

I would highly recommend visiting this place especially if you need a sports massage. I had a very tight shoulder and Sandra has worked wonders on it.

Will took on board the recent set back and altered treatment accordingly. I felt very satisfied that the massage which followed reflected that and was not a “routine” treatment but specifically addressed the latest areas of discomfort.
