Booked an appointment as I’ve been having issues with my back for sometime now.
Will was exceptional in his knowledge; he immediately pinpointed the issue and pressure points.
During the treatment Will made me feel comfortable and we had a great chat, too.
Post treatment, I was sent some info on ways to assist in my rehab which was greatly appreciated.
Really recommend London Massage and Movement. Regular visits will be something I’ll be incorporating into my training regime moving forward.

I had a Sport massage with Jemma for my shoulder as recommended by my physio . Jemma knew exactly which parts needed attention and she used a wide range of techniques to release my shoulder. My range of movement is back and my shoulder is not hurting. The treatment room is lovely and warm so I was able to relax. Jemma is caring and knowledgeable. Also she sent me a really clear exercise programme for my shoulder. Thank you 🙏

Gemma is an absolutely fantastic therapist. She is thorough and really focused on getting you back to a full bill of health. She's the best dry needler I've had in London plus she makes you super comfortable and is just all round lovely.
