Suddenly realised that old cotton wool was being reused for my nail removal and it went down hill from there. The place is filthy and hectic and my supposed two-week mani pedi peeled off in places in a day. I won't be back, it's just not worth the hassle. It's a shame because the owner is a truly lovely warm lady but the salon needs a top-to-toe blitzing clean and practices need to be bought up to standard.

This was my first visit and overall I am so happy with my highlights! I had terrible regrowth and over bleached ends. I left with lovely warm and blond highlights - and a really nice blow dry to top it all off! She did a really good job, and understood what I wanted with only a few pictures and helped me decide what would work best for my hair.
The salon is very basic (reading previous reviews I was prepared for that), but the staff and services more than make up for that. It is such wonderful value as well. So much cheaper than other places I have been to in the area and I am a lot happier with the result. Will definitely be coming back!

The salon is nice and the staff is friendly. I got a shellac mani pedi, it was not a perfect mani pedi as there were still some areas of imperfection and overall it took over 1.5 hours (no hot towel, no massage) whereas I've gotten this done for under an hour in other locations including the hand massage and towel. The pedicure chair was very basic and not a massage chair - the person just fills a bucket of hot water (barely filled) and brings it in for your feet to lightly soak - I have gotten a better experience elsewhere but for the price this is decent value. Staff is nice, would have appreciated some entertainment, there was no music or TV and magazines were available
