My friend and I went here to have a back massage, facial, eyelash and eyebrow tints. We really liked the friendly and accommodating girls. Sara gave me a very good facial and massage - she also tinted my eyelashes. She then had to see another client so another lovely girl tidied my eyebrows and gave them a tint. I am delighted with my experience and so is my friend. We are going back.
I had to wait 35 minutes post my appointment time while the one staff member slowly did nails and chatted to a previous customer. She seemed totally unclear about my appointment.
Then when we finally got started i asked for a straight inch off the back of my hair and layers in the front fringe only, same as current style. She ignored this request completely and had cut really short layers through the side of my hair, before i realised what was happening, ie about 4 inches off to make long hair almost shoulder length. When i protested she picked up varying lengths of hair from the floor 1 - 4 inches, telling me they were all only one inch off! Her English was poor, but good enough to understand my extreme dissatisfaction and my original request i think. She persisted in pretending she had only cut one inch, as requested. Salon is also depressing, run down, looks a bit dirty and an all round horrible experience. I would never go there again.
