The place is run down with rusty, dirty looking equipment and torn/worn towels, very smelly equipment. The beautician was attempting to attend to two clients at the same time and what should have been a 45 minute facial appointment was rushed into 25 minutes. She used a bunch of weird products, I had no idea what they were at all or what brands they were. She jumped between my treatment and another lady. Extractions process was awful I have never experienced such a terrible facial, it did not feel like I had a facial at all when I left, She tired to sell me a bunch of weird products.

Farah I believe is the name of the owner. She was very professional yet accommodating! (I got there late but still got a great service)
I'd wanted to do a semi permanent brow but she advised fully about what I needed to know first.. that helped me make a well informed decision/choice (wait and do preliminary tests) And in the meantime I did the temporary one pending the test etc
I must say she does know her stuff and is well trained and skilled. Friendly, warm and quite swift too!
Am going to book a body scrub for next week.. and am quite keen to have it done. It costs about 50% less than what I usually do elsewhere at a Thai spa. It would be interesting to see what value I get.. and am feeling positive about it .. :)
