Lovely lady who served me but I was left alone for the majority of my treatment due to a lot of customers. I left with eyelash tint on my hands and eyebrows , upper eye lid and under eye and eye lashes bent back and forward in all directions lol fingers crossed it will be okay soon. I do look like I have spiders legs

Well it started with a locked door when I arrived - that was odd.
First I had my pedicure - it turned out fine but the experience was not relaxing at all. Technician was trying to sell me every treatment under the Sun that had nothing to do with a pedicure (facial, massage, waxing). I came for a pedicure, not a sales pitch. While she was giving my foot a little massage, she told me that she could tell i carry stress in my shoulders, often have bloating, my colon wasn’t great but my ovaries are .... so bizarre and I didn’t come for a health consultation. (Don’t worry - I’m a normal, healthy girl).
Manicure - all I’ll say is that she was blaming the polish and that I didn’t want shellac (um, my choice and shellac peels for some reason on my hands) for it not looking good. While also telling me that her boss tells her to sell all the products and the commission that Treatwell charges so I should always book straight with her. Polish was off my hands about 5 min after getting home. And just so you know, polish is £5 in addition to what you paid on Treatwell.
Finally, a dissatisfied Botox customer came in and the technician just stopped working on my manicure to talk to her without saying “excuse me” or if I minded her handling the ladies complaint. After the lady left, she said she was obviously drinking and then started complaining about how the lady who comes to do the Botox tries to steal their customers (can’t be too hard) by selling them services that this place already offers.
I can’t express how disappointed I was in the entire experience. Please pick any other place for your mani/pedi.
