Farah is really friendly and nice, however, threading could have been better. Most of the hair was pulled out using tweezers rather than thread, which left cut marks below the eyebrow.

If I could give minus stars I would. Please believe all the bad reviews and do not repeat my mistake.
I've just had an appointment for a hair treatment I am left very dissapointed. The service was called Wash & Blow dry with Organic Keratin Treatment. It supposedly costs £100 while via this app I got 57% discount and paid £45. Now on the app when you click "details" it was described as a usual keratin treatment procedure. However, when I came to the place,I was offered some odd brand Chinese hair treatment which was described by the owner herself as a simple hairmask which we will need to keep for 5min. the even took photos of this 'organic keratin treatment' and there's barely any info about it online. And if I wanted normal treatment I would have to pay more. So basically for the price of £45 (actually £55 as I was asked to pay £10 more at the venue because my hair was longer than medium which is not) and the full price being £100,you get a cheap hair mask on your hair and a blow dry. The service was absolutely not what described on the app and what I paid my money for!
Just as an addition, the place itself is quite shabby and not welcoming. I'd really recomend choosing other salons that definitely offer better service for the same price.
