I have booked a linfatic drainage in this clinic. The place is very messy and quite dirty to be a beauty center. Also the beautician wanted to charge me more money as I wanted the treatment for the legs and not face as it says on the website. I do not think this is appropriate or at least should be clear that prices change depending on the area you choose to treat. However Farah was nice and the treatment very well done.

Fara was absolutely lovely - I had an absolute hair disaster (tried to bleach my hair at home... yikes), and she worked to fix it! She was super, super nice and really wanted to make sure that I was happy. I also opted to get my hair cut, and she did exactly what I asked for! I was really happy with that. I will definitely be going back, as I think she really does listen to what the customer wants and needs. Very happy! :)

no steamer facial and keep on asking to buy adds on like paying extra for extraction and lady said to book directly from her as treatwell is charging her 55%

I'm not happy at all with the outcome of the appointments. It has been 6 days I only have few eyelashes left. They cost £55 and they don't even last a week. When the appointment ended I said I wasn't happy with the result and if I could come back the next day to have a few more eyelashes added but she said she thought they were OK and because I only paid for an hour that was the job she could do and that if she would have had more time should have done a better job. I believe I pay per job, not per hour.
