Farah is very experienced and welcoming. She listens but also make food suggestions. I’ve been coming for a number of years and always leave the salon very satisfied. My eyebrows are tidy and look natural. Thank you so much Farah.

Firstly Farah decided that may hair are extra long instead of medium (they're 1-2 inch below my shoulders!). Farah made me pay £20 extra before she'll do anything. Because I prepaid £70 already I was told me that my only options were either to pay £20 straight away or contact Treatwell to get money back. Because it was late I decided to pay. I was expecting at least some advice regarding the colour but Farah gave me a folder and asked to choose a colour without any regard of what might suit me.
