She left colouring marks on my face due to not cleaning it properly. When washing the hair she did not check whether it was hot or cold and started with cold water. The products on offer from shampoos to hair masks had spelling mistakes in the front and back and looked like counterfeits. She left the front shop and I had to call her at the back to tend to customer queries. Her skill as a stylist is plain awful so overall awful.
