Fara was kind and very accommodating. She helped relieve my terrible lockdown hair! The only small surprise I had was the additional cost of another tone added into my highlights. This was agreed prior to the treatment but I think would be more smoother if stated on the app as I wasn’t totally prepared for the cost. Regardless, I felt at ease and she was very sweet.
