I wasn’t appointed Rebaz but a young, impatient barber. I asked for a mid taper and to keep my long sides and top to let them flow. Instead, I believe he gave me a high taper fade, completely cutting off my sides. He interrupted me with a sigh, demanding a guard number rather than listening. He also got agitated when I showed my online transaction/booking email, to ask where is my payment. Your staff needs urgent customer service and consultation re-skilling. Unprofessional
