It was my first time doing it so understandably a bit anxious and nervous but Casey made me feel very at ease by talking a lot to me beforehand and massaging a lot during the treatment, as well as offering post-treatment advice and indications which you wouldn’t have normally found out about. I had a bit of water pre and tea post treatment. I would recommend drinking tea before going as it helps with the whole process :) It feels quite scary at the beginning and throughout but you’ll be positively shocked by the results! I’m definitely going to continue doing it.

I think the premises is well presented. Cosy sofa, small space which is comfortable. I can't recall her name but the blonde receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Helped me understand what to expect and do that I have 0 questions by the end of it The only 4* I gave is for the actual float. I am not sure I benefited as much as I could have from it. However, that is to do with myself. If I return I will know how to relax faster which I struggled with. The pod itself is good, warm temp and clean. If I returned to try floating again, I would come back here. Until then, thank you for the service!
