Was left feeling deflated by the experience. The lady was really nice and helpful, but the machine itself was temperamental. I was informed the experience started with 10 minutes of wave noises, to be followed by 45 minutes of silence and then 5 minutes to symbolise the end of the experience. There were no waves at the start- so never fully felt relaxed as I questioned if my pod was broken. In addition, the button inside the pod for turning on/off the internal light was really hard to use. I had to sit up and work the button. It was so hard to press that I had to sit up and use all of my force- not relaxing. The lady did warn me about the stiffness of the button but it was so hard to work, I didn’t consider it too safe. If this button was so hard to press, I question how easy the emergency button is to press.
