The guy in reception on Thursday was really helpful. He talked me through the neuro-optimal system having previously experienced a floatation experience so know what to expect. I felt unrushed and able to enjoy my new sense of relaxation unlike other spas or float companies which heard you in and out like a tanning shopping defeating the purpose of trying to reach a state of zen. Highly recommended.
