Was extremely disappointed as they have charged me for a towel that was size of face towel, charged me extra £18 For booking appointment for the evening, lady should of mentioned on the phone when I made the booking, activated the alarm in the pod for a staff to attend but did not whatsoever as I was wanted some ear plugs.
I would not recommend anyone to participate especially in this centre.

The staff where very friendly and the venue felt clean and well maintained.
the flotation tank was a lovely experience whoever it was not completely sound proof so I was able to hear muffled voices outside and a hair dryer going off at one point which was a bit off putting.
I also struggled to find the venue which made the morning leading up to the appointment a bit stressful trying to find the venue in time for our appointment .
