I got overcharged for re booking, there was a child playing games at top volume in the lobby and the amenities needed to be refreshed. I had a great experience the last time I went but it has gone downhill since unfortunately.

First time floater and I won’t be my last. When we arrived we were greeted warmly. When it was time for the float, we got given instructions on what to do and I felt very comfortable with everything suggested. The float was AMAZING! We had a chat after with staff about the experience and he was very open with his opinions. I’ll definitely be coming back. I give the experience a 40/10!
