Receptionist really lovely, tempted to go back just to chat to her. Masseuse very good, but not the friendliest. Despite this, superb massage. Spa itself isn’t the best, damp on walls and is a converted office space. I personally think it’s quite expensive for what it is. Definitely not a “spa” experience. If you don’t mind a setting that is not the nicest - worth a visit.

The overall experience was fantastic. The member of staff in the reception, Violet, was very kind, helpful and friendly! A fantastic experience, I'll be coming back many times in future.
The only small complaint I'd have is that the water in the shower seems a bit unreliable (periodically changing from hot to cold water, and sometimes becoming a lot weaker - I don't know if its something to do with multiple people at the Centre having showers at once?). In any case, highly worth the time/money even despite this.
