Hi, we booked a floatation experience through groupon and went there over the weekend. We were greeted by a friendly and pleasant memeber of staff who also made us a cup of tea . She was knowledgeable and managed well our expectations. The place itself, looks clean but having the lights dimmed certainly helps. What I wished I knew before going there: Bring my own shower slippers Bring my own towel - though provided would have felt better having my own NOT shaving beforehand. Definitely painful for a few minutes as you touch the water. Overall we loved it and would try it again. Recommended.

I loved the experience. It induced a sense of timelessness and weightlessness that felt very relaxing. Very helpful staff who made us feel comfortable and explained the process well as we were first-timers. I will certainly go again.
