The worst customer service I have ever experienced, the person on the email is extremely rude. I had paid for second treatment in full and was told my appointment was booked on the 23rd, when I arrived on the day I was told no apppontment was booked. They blamed me and said I had not booked an appointment, who would pay for second tratment in advance and not book an appointment? They made me come all the way and did not even apologise.

Alex who always does my laser treatment is absolutely amazing and so attentive which makes it all so much better. I had my eyebrows ombré by Nas as well and I am so happy with the results and I know once they are completely healed they will be amazing. Thank you to you both.
