Alex was fantastic, she was super friendly which really helped me through the procedure as laser tattoo removal isn't the nicest thing! Alex kept me talking to take my mind off of it and I have to admit, it was so much more comfortable than previous places I've had it done. I highly recommend this little gem, thank you so much xx
