The staff was very friendly although communication was a bit difficult at times because the lady that did my manicure did hardly speak English. Nevertheless she did a great job and made sure I was happy with my treatment. She was very precise and did not rush it. She also was delicate when removing cuticles which I appreciated. Overall a good experience and good value – will go back.

Not as good as usual. The massage itself was good but it started nearly 15 minutes late and finished on time, so was shorter than it should have been and my appointment was basically used by the salon to catch up and get them back on time. A bit disappointing as the past massages I have here have been great.
