They were running 20 minutes late - but the staff were very apologetic. The massage itself was only 45 minutes long which was disappointing. I booked for a deep tissue massage, but the lady hardly touched a muscle at all - I asked twice for her to go stronger, but no improvement. It honestly felt like all she did was rub a lot of oil in my skin for 45 minutes. Really disappointed, I would not recommend the massages here :(

Ada was fantastic, she insisted on washing my hair even though I hadn't booked in for that and re styled my hair to perfection. I loved that she used her expertise to advise me. I will definitely be returning.
