Not a good pedicure - it was extremely painful and the lady actually cut my skin twice. I was asked to pick a nail colour and then told that would one be £10 extra on a pedicure that was already nearly £30! The removal of my existing polish was done in the middle of the room as the previous client was still in the chair and the pedicure was done in a broken massage chair with the massage elements sticking through the back so needed a pillow. The salon is clean enough and I think the staff were trying to be friendly, but they mostly ignored the customers to chat to each other in Portuguese which was actually quite rude, and I understand some Portuguese so it was less of a problem for me than it could have been. It feels like you have intruded on their day of hanging out together rather than entered a professional business. Not good.
