I had Hamman booked in. The steam room was not ready for my appointments but Natalia gave me complimentary manicure while I waited. The Moroccan bath/ exfoliation is not authentic it is just a light scrub with the mitt. However Natalia is lovely and made my experience lovely. I would still return to this salon but not for the hamman but maybe another treatment. I would definitely recommend Natalia for treatments as she is very professional and experienced with a very warm personality.

I cannot say enough great words about Francy: she is very knowledgable and knows what she is doing about highlights, colouring, and haircuts. I came to her with some ideas and she took her time and explained to me what would work - she did it so patiently. The result of my transformation was incredible. Thank you!
