The facial was meant to be 60 min. It was 35 minutes. The therapist was 10 minutes late and didn't even apologize. But the worst is that she told my teenage daughter that she had "ugly hairs" and they must be removed. My daughter said no thanks, but she removed them anyway.

I wanted a very simple haircut. Unfortunately it turned out very choppy. It didn’t go well from the start and though Denis tried to fix it here and there, it still was not a straight line. I had to go to another place to redo the haircut

Denis was nice, and the haircut itself when it finally happened was without issue, but unfortunately this did not make up for the 1hr15min delay or the extremely lacklustre reception service. Would not recommend.
