I booked for threading and was pressured into doing a ‘treatment’. I asked if this was extra and she said not to worry. She then laminated my brows even though I said I did not like the laminated look. After this treatment I did not want, she tried to charge me an extra £100!

Elle didn’t show up and the phone number doesn’t work so I can’t get in touch about a refund. I expect a full refund as this is completely unprofessional.
