I booked for threading and was pressured into doing a ‘treatment’. I asked if this was extra and she said not to worry. She then laminated my brows even though I said I did not like the laminated look. After this treatment I did not want, she tried to charge me an extra £100!

Elle didn’t show up and the phone number doesn’t work so I can’t get in touch about a refund. I expect a full refund as this is completely unprofessional.

Went for a lash lift and came out with irritated eyes and the treatment didn't work. She tried it twice but I think the quality of the product she used was bad as I've never experienced anything like this. Im disappointed it was a waste of my money.

I booked one by one lashes for natural look. Ludo did a good job, and encouraged me to return free of charge to check and top up lashes a few days afterwards, since I was looking for a slightly fuller lash. I did return, and was happy with final finish. I will return.
