I have just come home from a two day spa break with my daughter who I had taken for a 21st birthday treat and what a treat it was. From the moment we arrived we were cared for by staff and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and luxurious and had a stunning view of the golf course. The food was superb and so much choice.
We spent much of our stay in the spa area and then had a few hours of treatments which were just pure luxury. We will defiantly be going back and we recommend the hotel 100%
This was my first visit to Tenterden and the lovely London Beach Hotel & Spa. The first thing that impressed us was the spacious, well equipped room and the amazing view over the golf course from the balcony - must be even better in he summer ! Then we discovered the new Spa complex - wow - it's got to be seen to be believed - the infinity and hydrotherapy pools are filled with crystal clear salt water and kept at at very inviting temperatures. I took advantage of the intimate spa pool and sauna in the womens changing room. I didn't use the gym but had a good look around - the equipment is verrry modern and there are screens showing how to use each piece of equipment.
I treated myself to a very realxing massage and relaxed afterwards in a flotation tank. Heavenly !
The health and wellness side of the Spa really does produce results. After using the special monitoring belt I was given an exercise program which fitted in with my lifestyle. The pounds are just melting away. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
2nd visit!! - this time brought a friend, had a fantastic time, really - was eating a crossiant (fab!) and having a coffee in the juice bar looking at the swimming pool and watching the sun come up over the golf course doesn't get much better!!!!
Discovered on this visit that there are health checks available too - brilliant and i seem to be ok lol !!! Just makes me think what else i can discover on my next visit. I will be back!!
Impressed by this Spa I decided to join the club and I got a full health check. The unique equipment showed me the most effective way to make my body burn fat instead of carbohydrates. I came away with an exercise plan that will speed up weight loss and build strength. They also checked cholesterol level and blood sugar. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable.
