I recently started working in West Hampstead and noticed this salon. When I scheduled a family photoshoot as a gift to my grandmother, I did not plan well ahead when it came to my hair! I stopped by the salon hoping for a quick hair up to look my best for the pictures.
They were not busy when I walked in in the morning and agreed to get me fixed up right away! I showed him a couple of pictures of the type of look I was going for and he got my pixie trimmed into shape, consulting me throughout to make sure he got it exactly how I wanted. He even paused occasionally to let me put my glasses on to check it out and explain details of what I wanted. The Staff were incredibly kind and gentle. And their work was excellent.
It may just have been a quick shape up this time, but I'll definitely be coming back!

Quick and efficient although a distinct lack of English made me doubt whether the hairdresser actually understood what I was asking for and only communicated through nods and hand motions.

The staff were friendly but the wax was not great. At times the wax was too hot and consequently painful (although it did not actually burn my skin - thankfully). The end job was satisfactory but it didn’t reach that point without undue pain! I’ve had waxes before which were quite pleasant in comparison (even all things considered!)
